Account Support Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant for full-time employment, beginning immediately. This position places a heavy emphasis on financial record-keeping, and the ideal candidate will be familiar with financial data entry. Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly are of utmost importance. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant with accounting responsibilities
  • Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
  • Working knowledge of Peachtree (QuickBooks acceptable)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and an ability to proof work for errors or discrepancies
  • Quick learner who requires minimal supervision
  • Professional and positive attitude, along with strong organizational skills

Helpful Qualification

  • Experience working for an IT or technology firm
  • Marketing, sales, or sales support experience
  • Working knowledge of enterprise automation systems such as Autotask or ConnectWise
  • Familiarity with vendor management

Responsibilities

  • Quotes/Proposals Creation (light proofreading, verifications, etc.)
  • Renewals Creation (tracking, verifications, sending monthly reminders to Sales team, etc.)
  • Deal Registration Submissions
  • Perform general bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative functions related to numerous clients
  • Assist with office maintenance and upkeep
  • Work 8:30am – 5:30pm weekdays
