Monitoring Services

Our experts, who remotely monitor your IT infrastructure, provide an early warning to the onsite team on your premises. We monitor your infrastructure through a secure, high-speed connection to detect device faults or failures. For example, in the case of a network management we monitor router resources and link status along with CRC error rates and utilization rates. Any classified event is forwarded to the service team present on-site. This service team at your end can then carry out necessary steps to ensure that the problem does not impact the normal functioning.
