Through our wide-ranging industry partnerships, our engineers are continually recertified in the market’s most sophisticated technologies. Their expertise is the linchpin of our business: they can design big-picture solutions, install complex hardware, and troubleshoot detail-level end-user problems with equal facility. While we do sell some components, our true value hinges on our engineering excellence.
Management. Our project-management personnel oversee work orders from start to finish. They coordinate engineering time commitments, onsite services, and offsite services with clients’ IT staff.
Technical documentation. Our engineers work closely with our technical-writing department to produce clear, precise documents for top-level executives, IT managers, and end users.
